Sidney Hiller started Hiller's as a details-focused butcher shop in 1941 in Detroit. When his son Jim took over the business in the 1980's, he continued the 'treat-customers-like-family' service, while upgrading the store to one-stop-shopping for everyone's needs.
Today, the company offers the largest selection of gourmet, natural, specialty, ethnic, gluten-free, kosher and Michigan-made items.
